§ 30-7. Hazardous materials; burning restrictions.

(a)

Hazardous materials and hazardous waste. Materials considered hazardous, as defined in section 30-1, and which cannot be accepted by the landfill will not be picked up by the nonexclusive franchise holders. Questions on definitions of hazardous materials should be addressed to the nonexclusive franchise holders.

(b)

Trash burning restrictions. No person shall burn, or permit to be burned, on any open premises owned or controlled by him, or in any incinerator, or in any other open place in the town, any waste matter or other flammable material.
