§ 7. INSURANCE.

Chaffee County Telecom shall acquire and maintain, during the entire term of this Agreement, commercial general liability insurance coverage as described in Exhibit B. The Town of Center shall be named as an additional insured on Chaffee County Telecom's commercial general liability insurance.
