There is hereby created and established a Conservation Trust Fund pursuant to the
provisions of Colorado Session Laws, 1974 138-1-98 for the purpose of qualifying for
the distribution of monies from the Colorado Conservation Trust Fund under the provisions
of HB 1084, effective July 1, 1974, and SB 468, effective July 1, 1975.
