§ 2-321. Chairperson and vice-chairperson elected.

  • The commission shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson from among its members at the first meeting of the year. The chairperson is responsible for conducting meetings in accordance with standard meeting practices and per posted and approved agendas. The vice-chairperson will serve only in the absence of the chairperson. The term of chairperson and vice-chairperson shall be one year, with eligibility for reelection. The commission shall hold at least one regular meeting in each month. It shall adopt rules for transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations, which record shall be a public record.
