§ 28-1. Adoption by reference.

Pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 31-16-101 et seq. and 31-16-201 et seq., the town personnel policies and procedures manual, as amended, is hereby adopted and incorporated into this chapter by reference. Said personnel policies and procedures manual has been compiled and published by the town clerk, and incorporated into this chapter as if set out in full herein. Three copies of the town personnel policies and procedures manual are on file in the office of the town clerk, town hall, Center, Colorado.
