§ 12-4. License fee.

The clerk upon receipt of the application and fee which is on file in the town clerk's officeshall issue a license on a calendar basis. January 1 through December 31 of each year. The clerk shall waive the license fee for 2016. The fee may be changed by resolution of the town board of trustees.
