§ 10-188. Adoption by reference.

Latest version.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 31-16-201 et seq., the nuisance and dangerous building code attached to the ordinance from which this article is derived is hereby adopted and incorporated into this article, by reference. Said nuisance and dangerous building code has been compiled and published by the town manager, and incorporated into this article as if set out in full herein, one copy of which is on file in the office of the town clerk.
