THIS MATTER COMING BEFORE THE COURT THIS 4TH DAY OF JUNE, 1998, ON THE COURTS OWN MOTION, AND THE COURT HAVING REVIEWED THE BOND AND COSTS, VICTIM ADVO SCHEDULE NOW IN EFFECT IN THE TOWN OF CENTER AND THE COURT HAVING CONSIDERED THE LAPSE OF TIME SINCE THE LAST CHANGE IN THE SAID SCHEDULE, INFLATION, FINES, COSTS AND MANDATORY SURCHARGES, THE COURT FINES:

THAT THE BOND, COURTS COSTS AND VICTIM ADVO SURCHARGES ARE PRESENTLY INADEQUATE FOR THE TOWN OF CENTER.

THAT THE BOND SCHEDULE, COURT COSTS AND VICTIM ADVO SURCHARGES OF THE TOWN OF CENTER BE INCREASED, EFFECTIVE 1st DAY OF July 1998.

ACCORDINGLY, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS, EFFECTIVE THE 1st DAY OF July 1998:

THE BOND SCHEDULE FOR ALL TRAFFIC OFFENSES IN THE TOWN OF CENTER, BE SET AS INDICATED IN THE MODEL TRAFFIC CODE ON THE ATTACHED SCHEDULED AND THE AMOUNT BE AS INDICATED.

THE COURT COSTS BE SET TO $18.00.

THE VICTIMS ADVOCATE SURCHARGE BE SET AT $5.00 PER EACH CHARGE.
